Shipping & Returns
Country Bumpkins ships orders via Canadian Postal Service. Freight costs vary based on the destination and delivery timeframe. When checking out you will be notified of your options for freight costs.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Surcharges
Surcharges may apply to larger/oversize items or remote regions where additional freight charges are required. If your order is subject to a surcharge you will be notified via email prior to shipping and charging your credit card.
Shipment Receiving Guidelines
These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:
- You must be present to receive & sign for your delivery.
- Before signing for the package:
a. Check to ensure you have the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging
- When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive
as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.
- Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items
according to your packing slip. If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately using our Return Policy.
Order Turn Around Time
It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship your order within one to four days for all in stock items. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Special Order Returns
There are no returns on special orders. Any item that is not in stock and shows an estimated lead time can be considered a special order item.
Returns
At Country Bumpkins we are confident that we have chosen some of the best product lines to offer our customers. Sometimes you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, and at this point we would offer you a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:
1. Must be unused and in the original packaging. All the original documents,
components and accessories must be included.
2. Product must be in saleable condition with no indication of use.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. When we receive and approve your return your payment method will be credited for your original purchase cost less any “free” shipping costs incurred on the original shipment.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. You must sign “damaged goods” on the bill of lading and ensure that the freight carrier has this recorded in their system. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages.

The return guidelines must be carefully followed in order to ensure there are no issues when returning your product.

3. Follow the directions given by our customer service personnel.
4. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receiving it.
Cancelling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 613 269 2761 or email us within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communication to us.
